Caetani Courtyard – Outdoor Venue Rental

A quaint and magical outdoor venue rental, the Caetani courtyard has a flat brick surface with rock and garden beds along one side, a small pond water feature, and is between restored heritage buildings. The area seats up to fifty people and can be rented for small wedding ceremonies, engagement and anniversary receptions, or small private functions. There are wooden benches painted white that can be made available, or you can bring your own seating. With wooden trellises and beams, the area can be decorated to suit your taste.

Parking and Washrooms:

Public washrooms are adjacent to the outdoor courtyard space. Parking is available for up to thirty vehicles on a long gravel driveway. During inclement weather, the driveway will be cleared of snow and ice, but may be slippery or muddy at times. Caution is advised.

Please note, there are limited kitchen facilities available with the rental of the rental of the venue, though food and drink can be brought in with the proper special event licenses. Licenses and insurance will need to be purchased and sent to the centre at least two weeks in advance of the event.

Please note, the Caetani Centre is an artists’ residency, with both short-term and long-term living and working on the property. Though blocks from downtown, we are located in a quiet residential area. All private venue rentals and events must be off the property by 9 PM at the latest.

Rates:

$500 full day rental
$250 half day rental (up to 5 hours)
$75 an hour
