Bring your tales, whoppers, mythical events, birth, death experiences and anything else you might want to get down on paper. Or just show up and write from the prompts I will give you. Learn how to breathe life into your stories.These sessions are for women who would like to integrate writing more deeply into their lives.In this series aspiring writers will practice applying the techniques of fiction to their life stories.She encourages women to “Bring your tales, whoppers, mythical events, birth, death experiences and anything else you might want to get down on paper. Or just show up and write from the prompts I will give you. Learn how to breathe life into your stories. “ Bio:Lorna Tureski was born in Hope, BC and spent her early years just past Hell’s Gate. The Fraser Canyon’s intense geography may have sparked her interest in exploring the fluidity with which one may travel between the practical and the sacred, reconciling the hot-breath intimacy of living and dying and all that is between. Wild Sage Press published Lorna’s collaboratively written play We’re Already Home, in 2014. Lorna has an MFA from UBCO and is finishing the final draft of her first novel. Space is limited, so participants are advised to register early. Registration can be completed on-line
