CeramAiR (Ceramics Artist Residency) provides ceramic artists the ability to work in a supportive community environment of like-minded individuals, to share their expertise and vision, to inspire excellence and create work at the highest level in a nurturing and creative environment. The artist is provided with accommodations at the Caetani Centre, and is also provided with use of a shared studio workspace and equipment at the Vernon Community Arts Centre operated by the Arts Council of the North Okanagan.
- Deadline to Apply: August 28, 2016
- Successful applicants will be notified September 2016
- Residency: January 3 – April 13, 2017
- Solo exhibition: March 28 – April 11, 2017

Now Accepting Applications for Fresh!AiR 2017
DEADLINE TO APPLY: SEPTEMBER 25, 2016
The Caetani Cultural Centre is partnering with the Allan Brooks Nature Centre (ABNC) for a 5th season of the Artist-in-Residence program entitled Fresh!AiR, a themed program which centres on nature, culture, science, environment, conservation and social issues. The ABNC collaboration is intended to serve as a catalyst in broadening and enriching community awareness and the understanding of art and sustainable biodiversity. This residency includes an eight week stay at the Caetani Cultural Centre and studio space at the Allan Brooks Nature Centre.

Self-Directed Residency - Perfect for a Writer!
PRIVATE 1 BEDROOM + OFFICE :: AUG 19-29
This is a one-time sublet for a fully furnished one-bedroom + office suite in the Caetani House overlooking the gardens. This suite would be most suitable for a writer as there is a dedicated writing space. This availability coincides with the Spoke Literary Festival, a partnership between the Caetani Cultural Centre, Okanagan College and the Okanagan Regional Library to present a three day festival of literary arts.
- Available: August 19 – 29, 2016
- Writer’s Live/Work space: $50/night
