The space would also be suitable for digital artists, and those visual artists who do not need a larger space. 100 square feet (10' x 10' or 3.048m x 3.048m), with access to water, kitchen, washrooms, library and internet.This space could also be a short self-directed residency, bed available - room only $10/night, or if paired with Ninfa Studio $15/night).
