A captivating one-hour show for solo percussion and stereo electronics that is a sonic exploration of climate issues affecting us in British Columbia.
It is a unique presentation crafted from BC composers to showcase local artists and varied styles through a shared message.
About Chris:
"Ecstatic Waves founder and director, Chris Blaber, will ride his bicycle all over BC, playing shows anywhere he can this Summer. He will carry with him a drum set, stereo electronics, plus everything else needed to survive the trip and all the shows, including: food, tent, tools, sleeping bag, clothes, and more."
"Chris will be presenting an hour-long sonic meditation on climate issues in BC for solo percussion and electronics including music by Ann Southam, Erica Regehr, Jaya Story, Nadia Schibli, and himself."
