Introductory & Intermediate Memoir-Writing Classes with transformational memoir-writing instructor Janelle Hardy

In these series we'll mix live writing, discussion and feedback into our sessions.As we identify themes, patterns and throughlines in your lifestory you'll cultivate a writing practice that delights, astonishes and pleases.You’ll learn how to bring your stories out of your head and memory and onto the paper in a compelling way.You'll also get plenty of support and tips to break through writer's block and have the confidence to keep going.By the end you'll have several short personal stories written.

  • In Janelle's 7 session Introduction to Memoir-Writing class you'll learn to explore and structure your life story explorations . Perfect for beginners or folks who'd like a refresher.
  • In Janelle's 7 session Intermediate Memoir-Writing class you'll deepen your memoir-writing practice and develop your stories with guided between-session writing and critiquing. Perfect for folks who've already worked with Janelle and/or want a deeper more immersive experience.
